Alice has been with the Charles Company since its beginning in 1982. That small, one person office has grown to a full service independent agency specializing in retirement communities across the state of Arizona. Alice values the many strong customer relationships she has developed over the years.
Alice relocated from Rockford, Illinois to Arizona and quickly considered it home.
She resides in Chandler with her husband, Karl, and two daughters, Elizabeth and Abbey. As a breast cancer survivor, she is active in breast cancer awareness activities across Arizona. She has traveled several countries including Italy, France, Spain and Greece. And although Alice has traveled to other countries, one of her favorite vacation spots is still Greer, Arizona!

Carrie has 29 years of experience in the insurance business with focus on the mature customer. She is originally from Wisconsin and joined The Charles Company in 1996. Carrie is committed to serving her customers with honesty and integrity.
Carrie resides in Queen Creek, Arizona with her husband, Dan, granddaughter, Morgan, and their two horses, five dogs and 5 cats! She has a true passion for the safety and care of animals and regularly contributes to the Arizona Humane Society.

Nancy began her career in the insurance industry in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 1999 as an agent. She came to The Charles Company in 2005. Nancy prides herself in educating her customers so they can make the best decisions for their insurance needs.
Nancy moved to Arizona from Wisconsin in 2000. She lives in Sun Lakes with her husband, Jim, and Murphy the dog. She and Jim are happy to be in Sun Lakes and enjoy the many activities that the community offers.

Ann moved from Toledo, Ohio to Arizona in 1972. She joined The Charles Company in 1998. Ann is the smiling face, and the cheerful voice that greets our customers. She enjoys the customer contact and fun conversations!
Ann and her husband, Tom, live in Solera. They have three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with the grandchildren, reading, and enjoying the activities of Solera.
